Malas

A mala is a necklace that has been used for thousands of years for meditation. It supports you on your spiritual path and helps you manifest your goals. A mala can not only accompany you during meditation, but also be a wonderful and positive support in everyday life.  It consists of 108 beads.  In addition, each Mala has a Guru bead. This "extra bead" marks the starting and ending point of the meditation. The tassel or tassel at the end of the mala unites all the threads and bundles the energy. It is a reminder that everything is connected.
